In a gathering, the topic of discussion was about how women / Ladies nowadays all over the world, throw away who they really are and just want to keep up with the social trends, lifestyle and be noticed.  An elderly man asked , "can we find Nigerian women /Ladies that still stands out and hold on to our values and culture, women /Ladies that are not shying away from who they really are has Nigerians" ? I had to contribute to the discussion...... Nigeria is an amazing country that is distinctly unique. Talking about women/Ladies , it is quite different when it has do with Nigeria. They are beautiful, now I am referring to both inside traits and outside looks,  Nigerian women /Ladies has it all. Despite the craze, trends, lifestyle and all things going on in the world right now, we still have Nigerian women who are still focused, standing and not intimidated by whatsoever. EXCUSES (verb)  To exempt from a task, duty or obligation. To serve as an explanation that vindicates, defends or justifies an action.  This excuses we make, seek to lessen the blame attaching to a fault or offence; you know trying to justify. Sometimes we release our friends or colleagues from a duty or requirement with excuses.  Excuses!  Excuses!  Excuses! .. Hmm they are the nails used to build a house of failure... Girl 1 has a laptop while Girls 2 does not have.  These two girls had the same deadline and different supervisors.  Girl 1's supervisor is always available,  Girl 2's supervisor comes around once in a blue moon . This artistic work explains CRITICS . . . . . I was scrolling through my time line and then saw this artistic work by @dazeimages on Instagram . I sent him a message requesting to write something about it ,  I was so happy after he agreed. Why do I link this artistic work with CRITICS? Here it is  . . . First, Who is a Critic?  A critic is a person who expresses an unfavorable opinion of something. It is a practice of judging the merits and faults of something. A critic is one who knows the way but do not drives the car. Critics build NOTHING.  They are like LEGLESS MEN   who teaches  RUNNING .. . . Looking at the hand in that artistic work , it's so armless and it has no eyes to see with BUT has the boldness to conmpress the face,  regardless of it being incomplete. ..  That just explains it, before you criticize check yourself, If you don't take a little criticism, then please do not critize others. Yes!  You can acknowledge criticism 

Struggle It's okay But Struggle Right   Mehnnn it's required Struggles are needed in order to survive in life because in order to stand you have to know what falling is like.In-fact never underestimate the pain of a person, in all honesty everyone is struggling even the the billionaire's. Some people are just better at hiding it than others. If you are Struggling that means your are progressing. The Struggle you are in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow...I discovered that the most beautiful smile is the one that struggles through tears.   We shouldn't forget or toss away our history, sometimes it takes our overwhelming breakdown to have an undeniable breakthrough.... don't be shy, be YOU! let people see you Struggle, but never let them see you fall. For me I love to Struggle with it, till there is a difference, after all we will need something to talk about at the top...  

F ollow O ne C ourse U ntil S uccessful- FOCUS Now, check out the things that matter, things you can control and then what you should focus ON.. Your Focus determines your reality. There is nothing quite as potent as a focused life .        Do not get it twisted; just like a friend did, while i was preparing this  piece. He said;  "Be focused...but one course, hell  NO! The economy is too harsh to just be on one desk. My response to him: You can not eat your cake and have it. that is just a "parable".  Motivating you to focus till you succeed, not focus on a certain thing and then divert  to another abandoning one for another without attaining success or achieving something out of it. MINDSET A man once drove into a fuel station to refill his car, which had a fuel capacity of about 60 liters, while the attendant filled his car, a motorcyclist drove to the second pump. DEAL WITH IT You can never tell else you  have experienced it  it seems like its gonna take your life the next minute *whew* We all have experienced Pain , Hurt, rejection, affliction and probably torture. We express this feelings in our closet and those who can’t control it or bear it, express it openly. M o st times its seems really unbearable and ....     you wonder why me?   Friends, family ,colleagues those around you  come to sympathize with you, some  encourage you …..afterwards they walk away.
